Paul has over thirty years experience in the screw machine industry. He worked for several years at a cutting edge, global manufacturer, where he acquired knowledge, training, and certifications. Paul possesses a broad base of applicable experience in the screw machine industry, enabling him to successfully assist customers with their tooling needs.

Scott Smith

Scott’s first career path after high school was in the medical field. Scott attended Huron Valley EMS program and obtained his paramedic’s license. Scott worked with both a private service and his local Fire Dept as a paramedic and volunteer FireFighter for over 10 years.

After his career as an EMS paramedic, Scott spent over 15 years in the automatic screw machine industry. He developed skills enabling him to run production, develop layouts and complete set-ups, troubleshoot, and maintain Acme screw machines, ranging from 7/16 inch to 3 ½ inch. In addition to his screw machine experience, Scott also has 10 years of production set-up, and maintenance of Hydromat rotary transfer machines.

Scott’s problem-solving ability and hands on mechanical skills will assist DL Shephard and Assoc. in meeting our customer’s needs.

Stephanie has been with D.L. Shephard & Associates for 20 years and came to the company with a degree in Marketing and experience in outside sales. She is in charge of inside sales support, customer and principal relations, database administration and accounting.

Karen has a strong administrative background and is in charge of timely correspondence between the customers, sale representatives and principals. Karen maintains the database records to ensure there is accurate information to assist the sales representatives in all stages of the sales process.
